The aim of the training is to train engineers who:

  • are able to organise and manage viticultural and oenological work in production units of various sizes and structures, on the basis of their knowledge of viticulture, oenology and the related market;
  • are capable of setting up and managing independent wine-growing holdings and marketing wine products;
  • have the knowledge required to pursue their studies in a Master's
